As a certified Oden Reiki practitioner with a variety of life experiences, (many life’s in one with traumas, pain, transformation, journeys, jobs, and more, I blend the wonder with the practical to guide individuals on their healing journeys. What better way than to receive support from someone like me (a minority woman who faces fears and walks through fires!)  Life is not easy for anyone, any animal, any piece of earth, and the humans (us).  Too many of us were not provided the warmth and attention we truly deserved and still deserve due to trauma, poverty, culture, religion and more. I can say way more but I think you get the gist. For those that do want regulation, stress relief, and so much more, I can help! This is not therapy. This is not medical care. This is supportive coaching with elements of Oden Reiki plus tools to help yourself in between! You do know you can learn to help yourself slowly…right? If not, I can help provide you tools! 

I like to keep things as light as possible. My methods integrate aspects of neuro somatics, some EMDR, and the magic of our unique internal parts called our ecosystem and ancestors (invisible realm). All this plus some! Together it will encourage a profound personal transformation. I believe in the power of intuition and celestial energies to nurture the holistic well-being. My healing practices also incorporate art and energy, particularly Oden Reiki, to spark creativity and joy. Together, let's explore your potential and embark on a transformative journey! I provide guidance and coaching to empower you after healing sessions, helping you avoid returning to the patterns and habits that caused stress and illness in the first place. We were not born with our own individual guide book for our specific needs. You do have to take time to get to know you. The good, bad, dark, twisted, confused, and more more more. We do have to work to improve and learn to accept and appreciate it all. The power of self reflection and attention is essential and is crucial to continue supporting yourself as you breathe in this world. In addition to my healing work, I am a devoted parent to two wonderful humans and three enchanting cats, a dog, and a quail. My deep love for animals enhances my ability to connect and communicate with them! I am now offering Oden Reiki sessions for them too! These sessions are conducted remotely, so feel free to reach out with any questions. Today’s technology enables us to connect through Google Meet or phone, allowing us to experience healing from the comfort of our own spaces.
